Winter Xmas BBQ

More Christmas recipes are to be found in Libelle’s fiftieth issue! Here’s the winter Bbq. Look at me trying to look cool whilst grilling heaps of rump steak for our Xmas dinner party. We sat down at night with the whole Libelle team beside a huge fire and devoured the following menu:
hot cider
fresh salad with endive, apple, pomegranate & buttermilk dressing
Rump steak in herb crust with rosemary Salmoriglio
Roast pumpkin, fig, red onion and spinach salad
Meringue – almond roly poly with cranberry cream filling
