Winter BBQ

Secondsight, a platform for trends & trendwatching, asked me to tell them what thé biggest food trend is right this very moment, to post on their website. For me that is, without doubt, slow roasting pig on your Winter BBQ.
And if you don’t own a BBQ, at least roast the piggy in your oven.
To illustrate this we posted a recipe from my WINTERbook (soon to be translated in english, be patient) and a pic of my own Winter BBQ last week.
