3-minute Sticky Chocolate Cake

- Mix the dry ingredients in the coffee mug. Add the egg and whisk with a fork. Add the milk and oil and whisk some more. Then stir in the chocolate chips or raisins, if desired.
- Place the mug in the microwave and “bake” the batter for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise above the rim of the mug, but that’s fine! Let it cool for a bit.
- If you wish, add any syrup, a dash of liqueur, or serve with vanilla ice cream.
