If you’ve ever been to Holland on Queensday, you will probably know. This country turns orange (the Royal colour) and people turn equally mad. From the night before the day itself up till the end of the 30th of April, it’s one big feast over here.
Especially for Margriet magazine #17 we did a story on holiday treats for this coming Saturday! I know they look hard to make, but in fact they’re not! I have tried the recipes out just until I was sure anyone could nail it.
Photography was done by Jeroen v/d Spek and Judith Baehner was the propstylist. I spent days preparing and food styling the whole story and had great fun doing it.
