My dear friends Jessica Lek and Lotte Smit opened a breakfast and lunch restaurant in the North of Amsterdam. It’s not only really a lovely restaurant, it’s also a brilliant idea, because they use the already existing restaurant Café Modern as their work space.
So clever.
They asked me to do the artwork for it, and you can imagine I was really pleased to do so.

Jacques Jour is open every day for lunch from 12:00 – 14:00 hrs, on Sunday they’re open all day, from 10:30 – 17:00 with a extra big brunch menu. When the hotel upstairs opens, they will also serve breakfast every day.
