Easy as Pie

A great dish to fix for a big buffet table: Pie! You can make them from left overs or from scratch. You can make them as fancy as you’d like to: decorate them with stars or lattice, it’s up to you. Easy to prepare ahead and to bring along for New Years Eve, for example. In Libelle #50 I will tell you all about them. Go and get yourself a copy!
