Delicious. magazine featured 5 chefs in this month’s issue who cook modern Bistro cuisine. I was very happy to be a part of the piece especially in the company of these great chefs! The magazine asked me to develop some vegetarian bistro recipes for them and I gladly did, the recipes are in the magazine issue number 3 (March 2014) of this month.
