Stolen recipe in PARK Magazine

The wonderful PARK magazine asked me about one of the favourite dishes I had ever eaten and if I could then reproduce the recipe. I had to think for a minute, but came up with the ‘Chevice of raw shrimp’ I had as a starter in Le Chateaubriand in Paris. I found out how simple it was to make and gave the recipe away in the magazine. It’s quite a nice magazine, you should go out and get one.
