A little while ago I was a guest on a radio show on Radio 2 here in Holland. The show is called ‘Hemelbestormers‘ and it’s about about people with big dreams and ambitions. Every Sunday afternoon they invite a cook, like me, to talk about their work and to bring some food for everyone to taste.
