Christmas Menu's!

Christmas is coming up, I’ve been terribly busy with it the past months. Time to show you some of the things we cooked. Starting off with a classic menu with game. Alle the recipes shown below are online (in Dutch!) on the Libelle website. BUT! There is far more to cook! In this weeks Libelle (issue 50) I’ve cooked up a storm, with the great help from my sister Sophie. We spent a whole week at the beach in Bergen, North Holland, with the whole Libelle-team. It was quite an experience to say the least, we had a lot of fun, but I was desperate for sleep when I came home. hahaha.
Anyway, if you’re in the Netherlands you should try to get your hands on a copy, here’s one of the menu’s we shot.

saddle of hare, roasted figs, stewed pears & mini tarte tatins made with shallots
goat cheese platter & fruit salami
chocolate olive oil cake with pistachio cream
