Yesterday evening and next Tuesday december 13, Herman den Blijker, TV chef extraordinaire, Peggy Thaens, winner of Topchef and owner of a fabulous Hotel in Belgium and I were the jury in a Dutch TV show called: Herman zoekt Kerststerren on RTL4.
A show about the search for the best X-mas menu of Holland. We’ve tasted more than 100 dishes, but we think we found the best ones. We had a tremendous load of fun.
